Comments:
The County of Riverside disburses Special Taxes 4 times annually. In this case a disbursement was sent in January & February. However due to the time required to process the disbursement the funds were not received by the Fiscal Agent prior to March 1, 2007. The funds from the February disbursement are currently with the fiscal agent and are available to be transferred to the Reserve Fund in the amount of the draw.

Comments:
Draw on Reserve Fund due to delinquencies in the District. The City and the City's Special Tax Administrator will continue to monitor delinquencies. As of December 6, 2006, the delinquencies have been cured, and the reserve fund will be replenished as funds are forwarded from the County.
